We like to pair fresh mint and lemon verbena with dark chocolate. We mix in our proprietary blend of imported dark and milk chocolate to achieve a herbal tone. We place a small piece of peach pâte de fruit in the middle. This creates a pleasurable fruity contrast to the herbaceous verbena.
