Organic coconut flakes are steeped in fresh cream mixed with white Valrhona (ivoire) chocolate.  The crunchy top, as thin as an egg shell gives way to a chewy almond texture. The smooth coconut flavor, mixed with white chocolate complements each other while pleasing the palate.

Unlike other sellers, We do not use buttercream in our macarons, which is a cheaper ingredient that gives an oily texture. Our chocolate filling called Ganache, and it's an emulsion of imported French chocolate and fresh cream which serves for a more luxurious and lighter taste.
