The shell is hand painted with orange color cocoa butter, it is made of 72% chocolate. The filling is a rich ganache made by steeping orange peel in cream and letting it sit for 24 hours. we add a mixture of dark and milk chocolate to produce a smooth orange ganache, finally we add homemade orange preserve.
