This listing is for twenty (25) pieces of handmade French Macarons, a delicate almond cookie filled with handmade lemon curd

Our Macarons are always fresh because we work to order, you will taste the delicate flavor of almond and a generous luscious ganache made of chocolate infused in various flavors, The shell is crispy, the texture is chewy and awesome balance in taste and aroma. Our macarons are not too sweet, we decrease the amount of sugar so other ingredients can shine!

Unlike a lot of other macarons sellers, WE DO NOT use buttercream, which is a cheaper ingredient that gives an oily texture. We DO NOT use neither jams but a far more sophisticated filling, a "Ganache" ( chocolate and a bit of cream), we think its more delicate and fewer calories.

Our chocolate filling called Ganache is an emulsion of imported French chocolate and fresh cream for a more luxurious and lighter taste, that's how we like it!! 

Every macaron is approximately 4.5 cm 1.5 to 1.7 inches wide
