We make our nougats the old fashioned way, slowly roasting nuts, simmering in honey, and whipping egg whites in our copper cauldron. Nougats de Montélimar. Each piece is handmade. It's contents consist of honey, almonds, hazelnuts, and candied orange peels.

Definitely reminds us of the nougat we got in France, super yummy. Need to watch for the paper on it but even then still giving 5 stars
