We make “Caramel Mou", a French soft confection that melts in your mouth and doesn't stick to your teeth. We follow an old traditional recipe from Brittany in France, our caramel is made using farm fresh cream and butter from Sonoma County in Northern California. We cook sugar to an exact temperature to develop the caramel flavor and lessen its sweetening power, it is then mixed with fresh cream (not condensed milk) and finished with a touch of high quality butter from local farms.
