Chef Jafer is a skilled culinary artist & passionate maker of traditional French candies, with decades of experience and training. His mission at Zam is to link the past with the present and future generations.

Our goods aren't mass produced in a factory, but rather all handmade in a kitchen by one Chef. You'll find thoughtful and fantastic package wrapping of each finished product, so you can feel the human touch when you receive your order.
